Terms of Service
By using Mitamaton (the “app”), you agree to these terms.
1. What Mitamaton is
Mitamaton is a personal-organization app. Its built-in assistant helps with things like daily briefs, calendar awareness, email triage, and notes, using information you choose to connect. The assistant’s replies are generated by AI models (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is shared and with whom).
2. Your account
You need an account for features that remember you between days. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.
3. Subscriptions
Some features require Mitamaton Pro, an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple App Store account.
- The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
- One subscription is honored across Mitamaton apps signed into the same account.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. Don’t attempt to extract other people’s data from it. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. AI-generated content
The assistant’s replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for convenience and general information only — they are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Review anything important (especially drafts sent on your behalf — nothing is sent without your approval) and use your own judgment.
6. Your content
Your messages, notes, and connected data remain yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process them to run the features you use — nothing more.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
